Stuffed Chicken Breast:

When the product arrived at our house, everything was beautifully packed in Ziplock bags and small plastic containers (The Chefs’ mother seeing this got very happy, wouldn’t every mother be when she get small dabbas to put leftovers in.??) Stating off with the Stuffed Chicken Breast, fresh ingredients like Mushrooms, peeled Garlic, fresh Thyme and an Onion was provided. Dairy products like Butter, Cream and a beautiful Mustard Marinade was provided in small containers. The Chicken, was already butterflied and packed neatly in a thermocol container. All we needed to do was chop the onions, garlic and thyme and follow the recipe which is also provided by the guys at What else do you crazy love bugs want??

For the Chicken, we just have to apply the marinade on the outer side, put a little seasoning, stuff the inside with spinach leaves and cheese slice and then get cooking. While the Chicken cooks, we make the sauce with a little oil and butter, saute garlic and onions which we chopped earlier and add in the thyme. Toss in the chopped Mushroom and finish the sauce with cream and a little seasoning. The end result is a restaurant quality dish and two very happy tummies!! It couldn’t have been done any easier then that!

The Vegetarian Cannelloni:

A beautiful and very pretty looking dish, this one will get all you vegetarians lovers up and running for sure (if you know what we mean!) 6 sheets of lasagna, a tomato sauce that is already made and given, spinach, cheese and mushroom mixture for the stuffing and ofcourse the small prep of chopping parsley, garlic and onions. All we have to do boil the pasta, layer it with the stuffing, heat the tomato sauce pour it over the layered pasta and finally put the cheese and bake the entire thing!!! That’s it, this gives you a lot of time to sip on some wine, have some crackers and cheese or even just watch a movie as this dish takes no less than 6-7 mintues to prepare.
